With effect from the 1st September 2019, the old parent portal was removed from service and replaced by SIMS Parent. This works closely with the schools management information system SIMS to provide access to important information about your child(ren). Currently available information includes messages, calendar of key school dates, conduct [achievements and behaviour], reports, timetable and attendance. There is also the ability to notify the school of changes of circumstances or contact details which helps to ensure that this key information is maintained and up to date.

Getting the App
SIMS Parent is available as a mobile app for your phone and also as a web page via this link
To access to SIMS Parent you will need to be issued with an invitation from the school. This will be sent to you upon request, to the email address that the school currently holds for you on file. If you have not received an invitation to SIMS Parent and wish to do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, the name of the child[ren] you are seeking access for and your contact details in case of issue. Requests can take in the region of seven days to complete as they are done in batches. If you have not received anything beyond this time, please submit a follow up mail to the same address.
When configured correctly you should be able to view the data for all your children within the academy. If, after gaining access to the SIMS Parent App you find that you are unable to do this, please use the service desk email link above to report the issue in order that it can be resolved for you.
