From Wednesday 6th of January, all learning at TDA Juniors will be delivered remotely. All parents and children will receive a zoom invite from their power and class teachers via email and Showbie to join live teaching sessions. Registers will be taken during these live sessions and parents contacted if their child does not attend. If you or your child are unsure how to use zoom please see the attached guide at the bottom of this page.If you have any issues with access to technology the school will be in contact to offer support and assistance.

 

Over the next few days, you will receive a pack in the post containing maths and literacy exercise books, a copy of the literacy text and a pencil.

Zoom live lessons should be treated as 'in school' lessons would be. Please remember:

  • make sure you are dressed appropriately for the lesson (no pjs)
  • make sure your parents know you are ‘Zooming’
  • take turns in speaking – your teacher can ‘mute’ you!
  • be respectful – be careful with what you say; once you’ve said something you can’t take it back.  If you wouldn’t say it to their face don’t say it!
