We have high expectations of behaviour at the Junior College and have four very simple rules which all children are expected to follow:

The Junior College uses a system called Building Learning Power to improve children’s learning behaviours. This focuses on developing children’s understanding of their own learning. Children will work on four key aspects -

  • Resilience –being ready, willing and able to lock onto learning.
  • Resourcefulness – being able to learn in different ways.
  • Reflectiveness – being able to be more strategic about learning.
  • Reciprocity – being able to learn alone and with others.
