The aim of the Jaguar "Maths in Motion Challenge" is to help raise standards of achievement in mathematics across an age range of 8 to 16, to help motivate students generally, to show students of all abilities that maths can be fun!  Using tried- and-tested software that simulates the setting-up of a racing car, students will encounter a variety of mathematical tasks (some practical) in an effort to win a series of races!

One of our year 8 students, Szymon Zarzeczny,  who does the Jaguar Cars Maths In Motion enrichment after school on a Wednesday,  made it into the Jaguar in Motion national records and was featured on their front page with his lap time for one of the races.  Pretty impressive.
