Committed to maximising Student Achievement at every level, the Thomas Deacon Academy opened in September 2007 as the largest of the schools created by the Government's Academy Programme. With 2200 students aged 11-18, the Academy serves Central and Eastern Peterborough whilst drawing students from across the city.

 

 

We are very proud to share the success of our students in recent exam results where our post 16 students achieved the equivalent of an average of 3 B grades at A level and 91% of our year 11 students achieved the equivalent of 5 A*-C grades at GCSE. 44% of students achieved 5 A*-C including English and Maths.
