The high calibre of Thomas Deacon Academy Sixth Form students has been widely commented upon by our many visitors since opening in September 2007. The post-16 Level 3 curriculum is broad and designed to cater for students with a wide range of interests. Sixth Form students play a key role in the life of the Academy and have many opportunities to take responsibility, exercise their initiative and develop their skills & talents.

Entrance to the Sixth Form is open to students from outside the Academy and contact should be made with Louise Moir (Post-16 Director) in the first instance. The Academy only offers A-level programmes and usually requires a minimum of 6 A*-C grades inc. English & Maths for a successful application.
